🔥 Prep

  • Cut the 300 g chicken into bite-sized cubes.

  • 6. Add the chicken cubes, stirring to distribute, and cook for 4 minutes until the chicken begins to turn opaque.
  • 7. Season with 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, and 0.5 tsp turmeric; stir well.
  • 8. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 10‑12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
