- Measure out 2 tbsp peanut butter.
- Measure out 3 tbsp dried cranberries.
- Measure out 0.25 tsp cardamom powder.

- 1. Combine the 100 g rolled oats, chopped dates, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 3 tbsp dried cranberries, and 0.25 tsp cardamom powder in a large bowl.
- 2. Mix thoroughly using a spatula or hands until the mixture sticks together, about 2 minutes.
- 3. If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water or extra honey, 1 tsp at a time, and mix until cohesive.
- 4. Scoop out portions and roll into balls (~2.5 cm diameter) using hands, about 15 seconds per ball.
- 5. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
