🔥 Prep

  • Measure out 200g of udon noodles.
  • Measure out 300ml of dashi.
  • Measure out 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  • Rinse 1 tbsp of green onion and slice thinly.

  • 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat.
  • 2. Add the 200g udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  • 3. Drain the noodles and rinse briefly under warm water to remove excess starch; set aside.
  • 4. In a separate saucepan, pour the 300ml dashi and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • 5. Stir in 1 tbsp soy sauce and heat for 1 minute until combined.
